An error related to the USPS address certification process caused printing issues that could have delayed the delivery of your billing certificate. The Illinois Department of Human Services has resolved the issue, and certificates have been mailed. 

In the interim, please be prepared to immediately complete your certificate and return it to the CCR&R as soon as possible to reduce any impact this issue may cause. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to either your local Child Care Resource & Referral Center or to our Customer Service and Inquiry team at DHS.DEC.CSI@illinois.gov.
